This song is from an artist called Lorde, and it’s from the film The Hunger Games Catching Fire. It was written for this movie.

Lorde wrote it in 2012 and it was released in 2013.

It’s about the war between the capital and the rebels. It talks about the feeling you might feel during a war or a fight, and it also talks about how many people want to rule the world, this is how wars begin and how conflicts are created.  It also speaks about the people helping each other during these times and about how normally all the rebels go against the capital and the president. Because of their actions and their decisions, they’re hated for all the rebels and all the people who are not part of the capital are against them. It’s what happens when wars begin, either countries want to rule over others or people who hate each other fight and it all ends up in disaster. I’ve chosen this song because I love it since it was released and even though it is from the movie it happens in the real world too. There is always someone wanting to rule the world, and willing to do everything to achieve it.
